Trapezoid preshaped steel square mesh cage open only on one side, to be used to encourage correct positioning of the Clayseal 25.20 sodium bentonite waterstops, and to prevent the displacement from the seat provided, especially in complex situations or on surfaces which are not perfectly prepared. Once the joint is inserted, Bentonet will have to be fixed to the concrete support using steel nails and washers every 20-25 cm.

Prepare the smoothest and most planar laying surface, using Repar Tix to compensate for any inhomogeneity, and accurately remove crumbling, non-adhering, powdery parts.
Spread the sodium bentonite waterstop Clayseal 25.20 in the designated position. Install the Bentonet joint locking cage above the Clayseal 25.20 hydro-expansive kerb. Fix it to the support by nailing: a steel nail every 20-25 cm approximately. The joints between the waterstop kerbs are sealed by simply flanking them by at least 10 cm and not by overlapping the ends.
The positioning of the Clayseal 25.20 hydro-expansive kerb must ensure a concrete covering of 10-12 cm in order to contain the expansive action caused by hydration.

Baumwollgittertüll, ist ein sogenanntes Drehergewebe aus 100% Baumwolle. Die Öffnungen sind ca. 3 x 4 mm gross. Waagerecht unter der Decke montiert ermöglichen die Öffnungen, dass das Wasser der Sprinkleranlage ungehindert durch das Gewebe fließen kann und somit beim Löschen eines Brandes das Gewebe kein Hindernis darstellt. Baumwollgittertüll kann rundherum mit Gurtband eingefasst und mit Ösen versehen werden zur besseren Montage vor Ort. Armaglass Grid 33
Armaglass Grid 33 is a square reinforcement gusset, with a side of 17 cm, made with glass yarn bars and pultruded epoxy resin. The monolithic, bidirectional mesh has a 33x33mm mesh, with a bar diameter of 3mm. The bars are intertwined with each other through a stitching thread, using a unique technology that allows the formation of joints between the longitudinal and transverse bars with high mechanical resistance. The epoxy resin guarantees the mesh high dimensional stability, alkali resistance and improves the mechanical characteristics. Armaglass Grid 33 is a component of our RINFOR SYSTEM systems, which also include GFRP networks, gussets and connectors combined with our lime-based or cement-based mortars.
To be used in combination with Armaglass Structura meshes in pultruded glass for the reinforcement of masonry and concrete structures through the reinforced plaster technique (CRM system: Composite Reinforced Mortar).
To prepare the support, carefully follow what is indicated in the technical data sheets of the mortar with which Armaglass Grid 33 is combined.
Apply Armaglass Grid 33 together with the Armaglass Connectors provided in the reinforced plastering cycle, in order to guarantee greater structural collaboration between the mesh, connector and mortar of the RINFOR SYSTEM reinforcement system.
